I have been supporting people diving into pain and their healing processes since I was very young.I started this journey with massotherapy, getting deep into anatomy and enjoying so much finding answers in biodinamic. I love observing and feeling how each human being has its own response; searching for a way to heal that pain or discomfort as an interesting game.

Then I started to desire to dive deeper into myself and give more during my sessions. This is how, about 8 years ago, I began to travel and immerse myself in ancient cultures. I studied and experienced ancestral wisdom as the Maya culture and some of its healing techniques. I began to observe human existence from a completely new, deeper, holistic and spiritual perspective through the lens of Vedanta Philosophy.

These new realities guides me into presence, deep listening, learning how to tap into intuition with awareness and feeling beyond the physical body.
This is where the magic happens.

Conscious movement is healing me. It is so nurturing.
This has taught me how to connect deeply beyond words, to feel my body, to connect with my sweet femininity, to relate to men, to channel and use my emotions, to let go of thoughts and step into presence, to detach myself from exhibitionism, perfectionism and allow my true essence to be. I want to share this amazing practice with anyone who desires trying this journey. 

Now some details about me to give you an idea of who I really am.
I like making huge amount of warm herbal tea and sharing it in a cozy couch.I can get very excited just about going out for dinner and enjoying a lovely meal. I love drama, as well as the lightness of a beautiful laugh that comes for no reason. I search silence and solitude as well as deep and meaningful connections.I am loving and caring as well as irritable and ungrounded.

More than anything else I am a depth's seeker, looking for the invisible, looking for the source. I am investing my entire being on searching for consciousness, truth, authenticity, unconditional love, getting closer and closer to my inner self, my Soul.
